WCEF officially incorporated as a nonprofit on January 2, 2014 and granted tax-exempt status as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.  This Annual Report provides a comprehensive narrative on all activities, a Donor Honor Roll, an update on this year’s Educator Grants and a complete account of all finances for the fiscal year.
